Article Abstract:
Bluetooth equipped cell phones that allow to communicate wirelessly with other Bluetooth enabled devices such as computers, personal digital assistants and cell phones is a convenient tool but cell phone data can be easily snarfed without the knowledge of the user. Cell phone manufacturers have reacted slowly to the latest threat of Bluesnarfing and it is advisable to turn off Bluetooth from the cell phones unless it is really required.
