Duncan Hurst Capital Management fund manager Vincent Willyard utilized the information he found on the Internet to manage the Duncan Hurst International Growth Fund.

Revelations of widespread improper mutual fund share trading have led state and federal regulators to impose fee reductions, governance changes, and new and enhanced compliance procedures on the mutual fund industry. Under increased scrutiny from the Securities and Exchange Commission companies begin to overhaul practices, many of which were held commonplace in the industry until now.
