Spain prices Indra offer
Article Abstract:
Spanish state-controlled information technology firm Indra Sistemas priced its share offer on the evening of March 22 at E8.94 (US$9.75), valuing the entire 66.09% stake offered by government industrial investment arm Sociedad de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) at E393m (US$429m). The initial price range set for the purpose of bookbuilding was E6.91-E8.89. The deal was seen in the marketplace almost as an initial public offer (IPO), as Indra's free-float in Madrid is less than 2% of the company's equity.
