Stability and complexity of Inter-firm co-operation: The case of multi-point alliances
Article Abstract:
An evaluation of the relationship between the complexity of alliances and their evolution is undertaken at French and Spanish corporations. The researchers find that the higher the business complexity, the more likely that the cooperation arrangement between the parties will diverge from the original objective.
