TeliaSonera Corp. of Sweden has increased the telecommunications interest in Turkcell Illetism Hizmetleri A.S. of Turkey purchasing a futher 27 percent stake, to a total of 64.3 percent, for $3.1 billion. Turkcell Illetism Hizmetleri A.S. has a market size of 23.4 million subscribers.

Enel's advisers weigh two offers for telecom unit
