My own private programmer
Article Abstract:
The development of object technology computer languages is allowing unskilled computer-users to create their own applications. Languages such as Java are built on a modular basis, allowing the components to be used to tie together discrete tasks and functions. SuperNova's Visual Concepts enables non-programmers to construct their own applications, while other tools allow existing business functions to be incorporated into new designs without the need for rewriting.
