The joint distribution of the number of occurrences of two interrelated Poisson processes
Article Abstract:
The joint and conditional imputed Poisson distributions represents the number of times two independent and interrelated Poisson processes occur during a given time frame. The distributions were derived out of a need to model the joint probability distribution of two imputed processes, namely, power surges and circuit breaker failures.
