The scheduling problem of PCBs for multiple non-identical parallel machines
Article Abstract:
The processing problems associated with printed circuit boards (PCBs) assembly environment, where different types of boards are to be processed by different parallel machines are discussed. A composite genetic algorithm is developed to solve this multi-objective problem, and the methodology applied to achieve the results within the time constraints is delineated.
