As technology develops, the need for an integrated multi-media response is required in todayEs world. As per the results of a survey carried out by Marketing Industry Ratios, Resources and Optimization Report (M!RROR) the relations between marketers and agencies is strained, and changes need to be implemented to create ways for the production of better and efficient work by both.
