Ealing Studios produced a series of post-war comedies with a uniquely British flavor. The studio's films snubbed authority and focused on everyday, eccentric people. Alec Guinness starred in many, which were written by Tibby Clarke. 'Hue and Cry' and 'Kind Hearts and Coronets' are discussed.

Reports of child sexual abuse by Catholic priests is increasing. Many blame the rule of celibacy for priests for the trouble. They argue that enforced celibacy creates sexual deviancy, or encourages those all ready sexually troubled to join the church.
