Autostrade faces Italian legal action

Autostrade S.p.A. of Italy is being taken to court by the Italian regulator for a licensing violation. The construction company failed to invest 2 billion Euros ($2.64 billion) as stipulated in its toll license. The move is a hurdle for a merger between Autostrade S.p.A. and Abertis Infraestructuras S.A. of Spain.
