Trio adds passion to property: Henderson hopes, Coke, music will revive sales
Article Abstract:
Coca-Cola Co, local music company Capital Artists Ltd and Henderson Land Development Co are joining efforts to boost their markets. The three companies have organized a $12.9 mil worth campaign called "Red Passion," a marketing strategy to allure consumers to buy more soft drinks, more music or invest on a new home. Aspiring winners are required to mail in 10 Coke-can tabs or bottle caps, or visit Henderson's show apartments, or buy a CD single, to avail of the entry coupon for the televised drawings.

Getting a life
Article Abstract:
The increasing demand for quality residential units have prompted Asian real estate developers to offer value added properties. In Indonesia, for example, developers assimilate Mediterranean, Greek and Roman designs to houses in order to bring out a more relaxing and entertaining appeal. In Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam, on the other hand, developers are focusing more on providing clubhouses, swimming pools, gardens, gymnasiums and other infrastructures which best suit residential needs.

Sun Hung Kai trails a hand for fish in the city's waters
Article Abstract:
Hong Kong-based Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd successfully sold 11 out of the 16 units of the company's new luxury residential project in only two days. The sale signifies that right prices coupled with the right financing packages boost the Hong Kong residential market. Nonetheless, property analysts caution that developers will have pare down prices further to sustain buyer interest in a languid market troubled by higher interest rates and shaky confidence.
