The $1.2 billion Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC) project, which is to include two very large office towers, a retail facility, and a park, will completely remake the Malaysian capital's skyline. Ananda Krishnan, the project's key developer, resents comparisons with the UK's Canary Wharf project.
