Vehicle routing problem with time windows and a limited number of vehicles
Article Abstract:
A variant of the vehicle routing problem with time windows is introduced where a limited number of vehicles are given. A computable upper bound to the problem is provided and a tabu search approach characterized by a holding list and a mechanism to force dense packing within a route is proposed to solve this problem.

Products of positive forms, linear matrix inequalities, and Hilbert 17th problem for ternary forms
Article Abstract:
The article gives an algorithm to compute decomposition for ternary forms (n=3). The algorithm involves the solution of a series of system of linear matrix inequalities (LMI's).
