Vietnam refused, not wanting to lose its independent stance, when the International Monetary Fund (IMF) asked Vietnam to allow it to scrutinize its central bank books, in order to sanction more loans, According to the analysts, Vietnam would not be facing any financial stress but it will continue to take policy guidance from the resident IMF mission.
