The two anti-fishing campaigns of the Pew Charitable trust regarding the arbitrary ban of bottom trawling and dredging as it wipes out deep-water coral reefs, have failed. He believes that the concept of coral reef in deep waters was a mode of convincing the people by making them aware that otherwise world's oceans could not be cured.
