Why hedge funds are feeling the need to burst into poetry
Article Abstract:
Poetry has become the new marketing trend used by hedge funds in an attempt to attract more clients. The literature take-offs are included in "investment letters" that keep investors informed of new developments in their hedge funds. Mr. Michael Roth of Stark Investments of Milwaukee, recently reported on mutual fund developments with a turn of the pen on the classic "The Raven" by Edgar Allan Poe.

Stock options remain alive and well

Most technology companies although required to list stock options as an expense under new accounting regulations are keeping stock-based employee compensation plans. However the companies are not offering the plans as readily.
