World Online 's founder admits link to five failed companies

World Online International NV founder and former chairwoman, Nina Brink, admitted not mentioning in the Dutch initial public offering prospectus that she was involved in five failed companies which included A-Line Holding BV, Tech Cash & Carry and IQ Data. According to Ms. Brink, lead IPO coordinators ABN Amro Rothschild and Goldman Sachs & Co. were aware of her involvement and were the ones who decided to omit the information from the prospectus.
