YBL TO HANDLE MATHURA REFINERY'S OFF-SITE AUTOMATION

Yokogawa Blue Star Ltd, a joint venture between Yokogawa Electric Corporation of Japan and Blue Star Ltd, has won a Rs30 crore contract for off-site automation of Indian Oil's Mathura refinery. The company has won the oil movement and storage contract and will be providing control systems, blending packages and loading systems. The project also involves revamp and modernisation of existing off-site operations by integrating tank farm management system and introducing automation in product blending, custody transfer, tank wagon systems and others. ORACLE, CAG CLOSE DEAL FOR LICENCES

Oracle India has closed a contract with the Comptroller Auditor General (CAG) of India for Oracle 8 enterprise server licenses, developer server licenses and associated Oracle tools. These are to be deployed in 40 field offices of the CAG across India. SBI SANCTIONS Rs200-CR `GENERAL' LOAN TO ITC

The State Bank of India has sanctioned a general purpose corporate loan of Rs200 crore to ITC Limited in which the end-use of the seven year term loan has not been specified. Sources say that the interest charge on the loan is higher than the rate for normal term loans. The loan is to augment the company's long-term working capital and for its ongoing capital expenditure.
