Article Abstract:
Advise on a contract becomes difficult when parties who have contractual disputes are found not to own the Joint Contracts Tribunal although they have agreed that the form would apply, but that does not mean it is necessary to maintain a library of standard forms. The right kind of books like Emden's Construction Law and the Architects Legal Handbook that give sufficient knowledge of the legal issues must be kept so that correct action can be taken at the opportune moment.
