A research study by the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine shows that people who have anxious, nervous personalities have a lower immune response and are more likely to contract infection and illness. In order to avoid these stress-related problems, stress can be controlled in many simple ways including eating chocolate, and drinking herbal tea instead of coffee.
