Linda Gaglione, a media director for Harmelin Media in Bala Cynwyd, works out how and where companies should advertise, and then negotiate for the best rates thinking about the most strategic way to meet the client's marketing objectives. After deciding the strategy as whether to advertise on billboards or on TV or to have print ads, she negotiates the rates looking for which strategy will offer the best price during a show likely to appeal to potential buyers.
