A course in graduate recruitment
Article Abstract:
Recruitment by businesses of recent British chartered accountant graduates takes place in a process known as the 'milk-round'. The milk-round consists of a mix of interviews and company presentations. The presentation provides the prospective employer and the recent graduates with a chance to exchange questions and views informally. Student reactions to the recruitment process process are discussed. The use and quality of recruitment application forms is also discussed.
