ASA: shipbuilding funds don't reach fleet strength goal

Cynthia Brown, President of the American Shipbuilding Association feels that ships are the cornerstones of United States president George W. Bush's military strategy against terrorism. The Littoral Combat ships which the American navy plans to build, due to its limited size would be able to perform all its missions only by using the interchangeable mission modules.
