Rockwell International Corp., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $57,917,270 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the following in support of the Pacer Compass, Radar and Global Positioning System upgrade program for the KC-135 aircraft: 88 each Group A and B Production Kits, one Supplemental Group B Kit, 24 Group B Kits including Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Computers, and associated warranties, data, and program support. Approximately five percent of this effort supports foreign military sales to Turkey. Expected contract completion date is April 2000. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-96-C-001-P00073).

Raytheon E-Systems, Waco, Texas, is being awarded a $19,727,762 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 87 Class IVB Modification Kits to upgrade the All Weather Landing System and Autopilot System on C-130 and C-141 aircraft. These kits will install a digital Automatic Flight Control System, a Control Display System, and a Ground Collision Avoidance System. Expected contract completion date is July 31, 2000.
