Northrop Grumman Corp., Pico Rivera, Calif., was awarded on July 24, an $18,294,372 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee-contract to provide for Phase 4A of the Long Term Software Support Program in support of the B-2 aircraft. This effort includes integrated Test Complex software design and implementation, Joint standoff Weapon upgrade in the Enhanced Weapon Avionics Simulators, Year 2000 Assessment for the B-2 software laboratories, and two lots of Radar Signal Processor Special Laboratory Equipment. Expected contract completion date is December 31, 2000. Negotiation completion date was July 16, 1998. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (34601-95-C-0694-P00037).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded on Nov. 17, 1998, an $8,346,336 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract to provide for development of the Tape 3 Operational Flight Program software applicable to the Modular Mission Computer on the Blocks 40/50 F-16 aircraft. This effort supports foreign military sales to Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, and Denmark, as well as U.S. Air Force requirements. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 31, 2003.
