The acquisitions includes a chain of nightclubs which Allied Leisure plans to sell, and Rileys snooker halls which offer high returns There should be cost savings from the deal. Allied Leisure could sell its Burger King franchises if they do not see an improvement in their results, and the company plans to sell stakes in XS Leisure and Waterfall.
