Analysts' gain confidence in turnaround for General Host
Article Abstract:
General Host Corp has sustained a $15.3 loss between FY 1987 and 1989 and yet some analysts believe that a reversal will be seen in 1992. The positive projection is prompted by the expansion of the firm's store base. Analysts Alan Bernstein and Eric Johnstone have expressed high regard for General Host which supposedly is trading at only 60% of its three- to five-year growth rate projection. The firm pays a 36-cent dividend on the 18 million shares.
