Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Vought Systems, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $9,500,000 modification to a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for adding additional funding for the Line-of-Sight Anti-Tank (LOSAT) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration Program (ACTD). Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas (97%), and Camden, Ark. (3%), and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 16, 1998. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAH01-98-C-0156).

TI/Martin JAVELIN joint venture, (Raytheon TI Systems and Lockheed Martin Corp.), Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $376,576,139 modification to a firm-fixed-price multiyear contract for the purchase of the third year full rate production of the JAVELIN Weapon System. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla. (35%), and Lewisville, Texas (65%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
