More Czech beers head for UK
Article Abstract:
Aristolend, the UK based distributor of Czech beers, has announced its intention to promote the Kozel Premium and Radegast brands to UK based multiple grocers. Kozel was introduced to the JD Wetherspoon pub chain at the end of 1997 and is said to be proving very popular. However, Radegast was only taken on the company during the summer of 1998. Aristolend's aim is to make Kozel the most sought after Czech beer in the UK and knock Budweiser Budvar, which currently has 28% of the market, from the number one position.
