Globalization and stable financial markets
Article Abstract:
The publication of the Banca Nacional del Lavoro Quarterly Review and the Moneta e Credito publications coincided with Italy's economic restructuring, which sought to open the country's economy to its global potential. The publications contributed to Italy's economic reconstruction by serving as a forum for the discussion of economic theories and policies and their contribution to development. The pressing economic issue in Italy is economic integration, both in terms of its membership in regional trade associations, such as the European Union, and its membership in the global trade.

Private goals and monetary policy: inflation and resignations from the Federal Reserve Board
Article Abstract:
There is a connection between monetary policy and the personal costs and advantages of inflation to central bankers. Resignations from the Federal Reserve Board have been connected to significantly substantial deteriorations in Board salaries in relation to private sector incomes caused by above-average inflation. This is especially true of members whose job backgrounds and ages have allowed easiest access to substantial private incomes.
