In Spain, amusement industry representatives and government officials attended the sixth annual National Congress of the Confederation of Associations and Federations of Spanish Recreational Businesses (COFAR) to prepare for future challenges in the country's amusement industry. COFAR president Manuel Lao Hernandez expressed his concern for the industry's conversion to Euro and increased use of the Internet.
