Bankers and executives from a rating agency discussing California's energy crisis had the opinion that there were no solutions in sight. Some of the problems are: transmission gridlock, gas pipeline deficit, no new plants in nearly 10 years, dependence on out of state power generators, lack of financial and Federal government backing.
