Dir Ira Harris accumulated 10,000 shares at $12.88 last Dec 1, 1992, while Dir Roger Headrick bought 16,200 shares at the same price last Feb 23, 1993. The stock is now pegged at the $14 level so the two insider purchases were commendable. Investors, however, are advised not to buy the stock as it appreciates.
