Some senior officials at National Aeronautics and Space Administration are being accused of bureaucracy and rigidity, by the press, for their role in the disaster of the Columbia shuttle on February 1, in which eight people lost their lives. The finger is especially being pointed at Linda Ham for preventing the photographing of the damage caused by flying foam, and Sean OEKeefe for taking no action.
