China flounders over project financing
Article Abstract:
Infrastructure development programs in China are having a hard time obtaining foreign investment because of the risks and problems involved. Operational difficulties such as political interference are also a deterrent. This funding is desperately desired, however, as China needs new roads and traditional funding measures will not be sufficient.
