Cintas Corp
Article Abstract:
Cintas Corp provides corporate identity services by renting and selling uniforms. Its stock was pegged at the high $30 level in early 1992 before dropping to the $24 area by the end of the year. Insider sellings were evident when the stock started to rise again. Four insiders disposed of 683,200 shares from Dec 4, 1992 to Feb 5, 1993, at prices ranging from $26 to $29 1/2 each. The volume and the timing of the selling suggest a guarded outlook for the stock.
