The retiring baby boomer generation will bring about a large scale transfer of finance that would enable small businesses to function relatively well and increase in number. There are existing economic theories on small business finance but literature on actual conditions remains relatively few but some are already suggestive of the increased role of internal finance on the sustenance and establishment of small businesses.

Article Abstract:

An evaluation of studies on venture capital financing markets reveals that none of the studies are suggestive of a high and volatile level of activity in the markets. Technological innovations and the speed by which they are brought to market enable a balance between supply and demand to exist with the market for venture capital being quickly absorbed because of advances in communication and technology.
