Article Abstract:
Technology has changed information management. The technological change has dramatically altered marketing style. Business and industrial marketing management have been permanently changed by the computer. The changes will alter organizational structure. The current problems of sales forces and marketing and sales communication systems will be replaced by problems of computer illiteracy, decentralization of management decision making, and declining and retraining of sales forces and middle management. The solutions to these problems lie in organizational design and personnel management.
