The Winning Companies, Winning People research program explores how firms handle issues such as building relationships, competitive bidding, pricing and purchasing, corporate learning, and creating and using expertise. Results reveal that a firm's board of directors could increase corporate performance by building mutually beneficial relationships with customers, employees and other stakeholders.
