DOD to terrorists: 'You won't reach target'

Paul McHale, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense said that a no-holds-barred policy against terrorists is on the anvil at the US Department of Defense (DOD) that includes the shooting down of commercial airliners when called for advises. DOD plans to contribute more directly to US domestic security with the Pentagon setting aside $30 billion from its budget for homeland defense.
