Standard Pacific Corp
Article Abstract:
Standard Pacific CFO April Morris has not explained the cause of the stock's weak performance. Chmn Arthur Svendsen's current pessimism about the stock, however, was verified when he sold 41,200 shares in early Sep 1992. Svendsen's decision was prompted by the apparent decline in consumer confidence and housing demand for the 1st half 1992. The company pays a 12-cent dividend on the 30 million shares.
