Industry seeks to limit Ohio's claims in contentious citizen suit
Article Abstract:
AK Steel Corp., an Ohio company is going to request a federal district court judge dismiss many of the Clean Air Act claims the state has filed against it. Ohio is using the citizen suit provisions of federal environmental laws in its claims against the company, however an attorney representing AK Steel contends that Ohio is not a citizen.
