Delta insider buys suggest reversal on earnings plunge

Slow to reaction to the new deregulated climate, Delta Air Lines lost over $25 million in the June 1983 quarter. Competition increased in it's main market, Florida, and left Delta unprepared. The company appears to have made corrections and is ready to return to it's profitable position.
