EISI's evident gains have prompted Lang Gerhard and West Highland Capital to buy 410,000 shares of EISI at $5.25 to $6.43 per share. EISI designs automated business-to-customer telephone programs and systems and the firm has experienced significant increases in revenues and client base. EISI officials believe that their computer-telephone integration business operation has not yet seen its full market potential.

Code Alarm Inc is still bewildered about the trading of 200,000 shares at about the 4 1/2 mark. The auto security systems manufacturer claims that it has no available information about the transaction. Winner International Corp, however, has disclosed that it acquired 225,000 shares of Code Alarm between Jul 16, 1992 and Aug 19, 1992. Code Alarm is still the leading supplier of auto security systems in the US. The company does not give dividends on 2.5 million shares and 39% of the stocks are held by officers and directors.
