Emcon Associates
Article Abstract:
Emcon Assoc is a designer and developer of solid hazardous waste disposal sites and remediation programs. The stock was pegged as high as $22 each in 1992 but by the middle of that year, the price has declined by half. No insider purchase was noted when the issue was trading at the $10 to $12 range. Two insiders, however, disposed of 35,000 shares last Mar 1993, at the range of $9.50 to $9.75. Insider selling during a price decline are negative signs so caution is recommended.
