Energy out of fizz
Article Abstract:
Energy Group is a UK electricity and coal concern which was spun off from Hanson in 1997. The company's share price has fallen and there are doubts about combining Peabody, a coal concern, and Eastern, a gas and electricity concern. Two brokers from a sample of six rate the company's shares a buy and the remaining four rate them a hold. The buyers are Yamaichi and Morgan Stanley, while the holders are Greig Middleton, Merrill Lynch, BZW and SG Strauss Turnbull.
