A model engagement
Article Abstract:
A model letter can be used by chartered accountants, business valuators, and corporate finance consultants to establish corporate finance engagements with clients. The model aims to clarify expectations of both parties, to work out plans and deliverables, and to establish benchmarks for them. Moreover, the model also attempts to give voice to the expectations of the client and the adviser.
