Banque Magnetic distributes modems, scanners, monitors and other devices. Fayrewood has also acquired ComputerLinks in Germany, and Interface Systems International in the United Kingdom. The company is seeking to achieve a pre-tax profit of 4 million pounds sterling on a 200 million pounds turnover by 2000. There are risks involved in such a strategy of acquisitions, but the company has performed well in terms of thos its has made.
