Forging a long-term PR relationship; companies discover benefits in establishing successful partnerships
Article Abstract:
Forming long-term relationships with clients is important among PR firms in order to compete with other agencies. In a study by Thomas L. Harris & Co., businesses look for the quality of work and quality of the PR agency account teams when evaluating agencies. Other criteria used to evaluate these agencies include meeting deadlines, client service, attention to detail, creativity and accurate billing. In relation to these, companies should provide a clear set of expectations so that PR agencies will be able to do their job well by meeting, or even exceeding, these expectations.
